All inquiries will be handled on a case-by-case basis, our ultimate goal is to make our customers happy. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We take extra care with our homemade products to ensure our customers are satisfied and happy. If a refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
Returns:
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on items such as custom products, special orders, personalized items, sale items, gift cards or personal care products. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at support@enchantedspaworks.info to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help.
Damages and issues:
Our aim is to get it right the first time, however, if you feel you have received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us at support@enchantedspaworks.info with your order # and a photo of the product to open up a conversation on how we can make it right.
Delivery Times:
Our delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. Delivery times are calculated as business days (this does not include weekends or holidays). Once packages are sent through our shipping provider arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service.
